This video is one of my favorite videos that I have come across on You Tube. Not only do I love cats myself but I think this is the perfect example of an emergent reader. Although the girl is too young to read the words on the book, she is doing what so many other children do at her age and making up the words on the page, making it into a little story. It is absolutely adorable! This video will make you laugh and appreciate children and their beautiful imaginations. Enjoy!
